Sarah, 37, was raised by her father, a brilliant lawyer who cared for her alone after her mother’s passing. Though he was wealthy, his true legacy was the principles he taught her: humility, independence, and a strong work ethic. He insisted she earn her success on her own.
“Your achievements must be yours, Sarah,” he often reminded her. “Only then will they truly count.”
When Sarah met Bradd, she believed she had found genuine love. Her father, however, was skeptical.
