Why You Might Feel the Need to Use the Bathroom Right After Eating

Many people notice a sudden urge to use the bathroom shortly after finishing a meal. While this can feel surprising or even concerning, it’s usually a normal part of digestion. It doesn’t mean food is passing through the body too quickly or that something is wrong. Instead, it’s a natural digestive response that helps the system work efficiently.
