President Donald Trump also criticized Hillary Clinton in a late-night series of posts on Truth Social.<\/p>\n

The U.S. president launched renewed attacks on former President Barack Obama, sharing dozens of posts in the middle of the night on May 11. In more than 50 messages, he targeted several political opponents, including Obama, one of his predecessors in the White House.<\/p>\n

In one repost, Obama was described as the \u201cmost DEMONIC FORCE in American politics in decades.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another post attributed to Trump read: \u201cArrest them all. Prosecute them all. Incarcerate them all at once for treachery, treason, and seditious conspiracy to overthrow the United States government. But first Barack Obama.\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump also amplified claims from a MAGA-aligned account alleging that Obama fabricated evidence of Russian interference in the 2016 election, which ultimately led to Trump defeating Hillary Clinton.<\/p>\n

\u201cArrest Obama the traitor,\u201d the account stated.<\/p>\n

Several of Trump\u2019s other posts repeated unproven allegations that Obama used federal agencies to monitor Trump before the 2016 election, calling it \u201cthe biggest political crime in American history.\u201d<\/p>\n

He also reshared video content and commentary tied to claims made by intelligence figures regarding a 2020 report suggesting Obama was involved in narratives about Russian election interference. Obama has previously dismissed such accusations as \u201cbizarre\u201d and a \u201cweak attempt at distraction.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additional posts linked Obama to controversies involving Hillary Clinton\u2019s private email server.<\/p>\n

Although Obama left office nearly a decade ago, he has recently spoken about the personal strain caused by his continued political visibility and involvement, saying it has created \u201cgenuine tension\u201d in his marriage with Michelle Obama.<\/p>\n

He told The New Yorker<\/em>: \u201cIt does create a genuine tension in our household, and it frustrates her\u2026\u201d

Obama added that public perception of former presidents often ignores historical context and past precedent regarding post-presidency political activity.<\/p>\n

Tensions between the two political figures remain high. Trump has previously called Obama a \u201cterrible president,\u201d including remarks at a National Republican Congressional Committee event earlier this year, where he also criticized President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n
